What payment methods do you accept ?

You can pay by bank card directly from the site. The payment is totally secured. With your card you can reach the payment in 1 time or 3 times free (see below, " how to pay in 3 times ").

You can pay by Paypal (internet payment top secured) directly from our site.

You can also pay by phone (with Visa card) or by bank transfer. All these options are proposed during the order.

How to pay in 3 times ?

It is very easy, at the time of the payment, you choose the option " Payment secured in 3 times by bank card ". The total of your purchase will be debited on your card account in 3 terms, 1 immediate, the second 30 days later and the third 60 days later.

How long takes place between my passage of order and the sending of the parcel?

For any order placed before 11 am, your parcel is sent that very day (or the next day if the order is later placed).

What's the deadline to receive my order in France?

Every parcels are sent by Express TNT, and arrive before 24 hours at home or in Relais Colis or on your workplace, following the chosen formula.

What's the shipping price for France deliveries ?

For your TNT sendings 24 hours, delivery's charges are offered from 150€ of purchases (whether it is in your place of residence, your workplace or Relais Colis).

Below 150€ of purchases, shipping is 8€ for the sending Relais Colis or at work, and 10€ in your place of residence, quite always in TNT 24 hours.

What's happened if an item isn't available anymore ?

The site is permanently updated. If however, in spite of our attentiveness, an item was sold out, you would be warned quickly. We would propose you an upper or equivalent article (at the same price), credit note, either on a complete and immediate refund.

Are items guaranteed ?

Of course, the guarantee supplier (1an, 2 years, for life) applies from the date of invoicing.

What's to do in case of break-in or of defective article in the custom use ?

At first, you should send us an e-mail with a photo of the part damaged to establish a first diagnosis. We shall put ourselves very fast in touch with you. Then, you can send back the item directly to the Brand Warranty service which will have been explained by us and who will look after you carefully. The item will be examined, exchanged or repaired if it's ok. It can be also dismissed to you as is if the damage comes from inappropriate conditions of use.

How to do if I am not satisfied when receiving my order ?

If you wish to send us back the item and to be refunded, thank you for sending it before 14 days, in its original packing, with its fixed labels and of course without having used it. As soon as the arrival of your parcel and its check we'll send you (if everythings are ok)a refund of your purchase.

If you wish an exchange, phone us (04 76 78 89 83) or let's send an email As quickly as possible then we'll save for you another size or color while waiting for your return. We'll send you the new item when receiving your parcel.

I've got a credit note, how to use it for payment ?

Your credit note hasn't any time limit. It's fractionnable and will be automatically deducted from the amount of your purchases during your next order.

In case of error in my order, may I modify it ?

Send us very quickly an email with your name, address and phone number(coordinates) and rectifying the error. We'll try to do what's necessary before the parcel leaves (if it is already sent we can naturally make nothing, it will be necessary to send it back to us the first sending and we'll exchange it.

How to be delivered to another address than my account's one ?

When you're placing your order, in " Your Information ", you have the possibility of filling a second address below the first one (your main address). This part sends secondary sector is entitled: " delivery address (when different) ". You can use it to send a present to its addressee, to be deliver at work, holiday resort etc..... The past order will be delivered on this place and not to your main address.
